Contact

Email support@openpremier.app. We read every message and usually answer within a few days.

For a problem with the game, please tell us:

  • your device and system version (for example “iPhone 15, iOS 26.1”, “Windows 11” or “Chrome on a Mac”);
  • the game’s version (at the bottom of the main menu, for example “v0.2.3”);
  • what happened just before, and a screenshot or video if you can.

For online play, please also give your @username and roughly when it happened (with your time zone).

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. The game is free, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no real money anywhere.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No. The apps from the app stores (iPhone and iPad, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux) play offline against the computer: Quick Match, the batting and bowling nets, and the commentary. They never connect to the internet and collect no data. Online play is in the web game at https://cricket.wagmi11.com and needs Sign in with X.

Which devices are supported?

  • iPhone and iPad: iOS or iPadOS 15 or later
  • Android: Android 12 or later
  • Windows: Windows 10 (version 1809) or later, 64-bit
  • macOS: macOS 11 Big Sur or later, Apple silicon or Intel
  • Linux: 64-bit (x86-64), with Vulkan graphics drivers
  • Web: a recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with WebGL 2

How do I bat and bowl?

Main menu → How to Play lists the controls. Nets: Bat and Nets: Bowl teach them step by step. In a match, the pause menu brings back the controls card.

On a phone or tablet: hold the round pad to power up, drag to aim and lift your finger to hit; to bowl, tap the pitch map, hold BOWL and lift in the green. On a computer: the keyboard, the mouse or a gamepad.

How do I play online?

In the web game, choose Play Online, then Sign in with X. You sign in on X’s own site and come straight back. We keep only your X user id and username. Online you can play quick casual matches, open a room or join a friend’s with its code, play ranked and see the leaderboard.

In India, online play is for players aged 18 or over: before you go to X, you’ll be asked to confirm that you are. Solo games and the store apps are open to everyone.

Why does X say the app can “read posts”?

X requires that permission for the one request that tells us who you are. We make that request once and then throw X’s access away. We never post for you, read your posts or see who you follow.

Signing in didn’t work

  • “Your browser didn’t keep the sign-in”: allow cookies for id.wagmi11.com, then try again. Private windows and strict tracking protection can block it.
  • “Too many sign-in attempts”: wait a minute and try again.
  • “Too many sign-ins today”: each X account can sign in 30 times a day. Try again tomorrow.
  • “X is busy” or “Sign in with X is unavailable right now”: try again in a few minutes.

How do I sign out?

Play Online → Sign out.

How do I delete my account?

Go to https://id.wagmi11.com/delete in the browser you play in, and confirm. If you signed in more than ten minutes ago, you’ll be asked to Sign in with X again first.

In India, signing in again first asks you to confirm that you’re 18 or over. If you’re under 18, email support@openpremier.app with your @username instead, and we’ll delete the account for you.

Every sign-in ends at once, the link to your X account is removed, and your name, rating and results are erased from the game (you leave the leaderboard). The account record itself is erased within about 30 days. Removing our app in your X settings only withdraws the approval you gave X; it doesn’t delete your account. If you can’t sign in any more, email us.

What are anonymous play counts, and how do I turn them off?

When you play the computer in the web game, it sends a small anonymous record of each game (the format, how long it lasted, whether it was finished, and a random game number) so we can see how much the game is played. There’s no account, device id or cookie in it. Turn it off in Settings → Anonymous play counts, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. The store apps never send them.

Why was my ranked match unrated, or why do I have a cooldown?

Ranked follows fixed fair-play rules. A match isn’t rated if it never started, if both players were on the same network, or if it’s your fourth or later match against the same player within 7 days. Leaving a ranked match or not turning up loses it and brings a cooldown: 5 minutes, then 15, then 60 within 24 hours. You appear on the leaderboard after 10 rated games against at least 5 different opponents, with one in the last 30 days.

How do I report a bug, a cheat or an abusive player?

Email support@openpremier.app. For a player, include their @username, roughly when it happened and what happened.

Where are my settings kept?

Only on your device. Deleting the app on a phone or tablet deletes them too. On a computer they are in the system’s settings folder: %APPDATA%\OpenPremierCricket on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/OpenPremierCricket on macOS, ~/.config/open-premier-cricket on Linux. The web game keeps them for the visit only.

Are the teams and players real?

No. Every team, player and ground is made up. Open Premier Cricket is an independent game, not connected with any cricket board, league, competition or player.

What data does the game collect?

The store apps collect nothing. For the web game and online play, see the Privacy Policy.
